At Forrester, staff and curriculum subjects are organised into faculties. Each faculty has a Curriculum Leader who is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of their faculty’s work.
This includes:
- developing and maintaining programmes of study which meet the needs of all learners
- promoting and maintaining an ethos of achievement, including tracking and reporting on student progress
- student management and behaviour
- liaising with home
