Please return all vaccination forms as soon possible to the School Office. Vaccinations will take place on Monday 27th February. If you have lost your form you will be able to self consent on the day. It is very important that you receive this vaccination as colleges and universities are now stating that you will not be allocated a place if you don’t have all your vaccinations up to date.
